The Homebuyer & Homeownership Fair will be held at the Gentry Pacific Design Center (560 North Nimitz Highway) on Saturday, February 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Reminder! $8,000 homebuyer tax credit expires April 2010. (Written binding contract to purchase needs to be in effect by April 30, 2010, purchaser has until June 30, 2010 to close.)
Free workshops will be offered on Homeownership 101 (at 9:00 a.m. and at 10:30 a.m.) and Homeowner Options for Mortgage Payment Problems (at 9:45 a.m. and at 11:15 a.m.).
